On the state level, I served 3 separate terms as Chairman of the Professional Development Committee. I also served 4 separate terms as Chairman of the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) state committee, as well as chair of 4 statewide GRI events that were held in Helena. When I refer my clients to other areas in our country, the first thing I look for is the designations of GRI and CRS. This combined designation tells me that I am sending my clients to a REALTOR® I can trust to be not only highly educated but also someone who is committed to providing the best service to all clients.
My Real Estate business is 95% referral based. I am so blessed because my past clients have returned to me and sent their friends and family. I am honored to have served several entire families as each generation either moved back home to Montana or they chose Helena to make a new start in our beautiful state. There have been others who have chosen to up-size or down-size their homes to better fit their needs. Then they referred their friends, and the story continues. We all share a close connection based on the mission statement for my business … “Making a Positive Difference in YOUR Real Estate Experience!"

I was blessed with a wonderful mentor and from my first few days as a licensed REALTOR® in Montana, I was encouraged to be the best that I can be. Thus, continuing to learn became my goal. I don’t ever want to think that I know everything as there is always something new to discover. I immediately began by working on the GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®. This was a 3-year commitment to growth and knowledge. After that, I worked on the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) which is through the national RRC (Residential Real Estate Council). Together these signify a strong commitment to outstanding professional achievement in Real Estate.
To maintain a Real Estate license in Montana, a minimum of 12 CEUs (Continuing Education credits) per year is required. I strive to have 30-40 CEUs per year. There is no reason for me to be a minimum mindset for my clients. You and I deserve much more than that!
